E-941:Sea water leakage observed from Port Gearbox lub oil cooler sea water inlet line due to pin hole. Same to be repaired by welding. Inway Job includes removal/fitment and pressure testing upto 04 bar (Mat: MS, Dia-80 mm, L-01 mtrs, Qty-02)

E-942:Port Gear box motor driven sea water pump suction gauge line observed deteriorated. Same to be renewed as per sample.(Mat :-CU-Ni, L-0.5 m)

E-943:Sea water leakge and abnormal noise/vibration observed from DA no-4 Sea water pump, suspect mechanical seal and bearing worn out. Pump to be overhauled and proved for satisfactory operation. Inway job includes removal/ fitment of associated pipeline, belt guard cover of pump.

E-944:Forward fire & sprinkling pump sea chest strainer changeover mechanism stuck in position. Same to be overhauled and proved for satisfactory operation. In way job includes removal and fitment of unit.

E-945:Sea water leakage observed from FWD bilge & ballast pump suction pipeline due to excessively deteriorated. Same to be renewed as per sample and pressure tested at 06 bar. (Mat:-CuNi, Dia:- 80 mm, L-02 mtrs approx., Flanges-05 no’s). In way job includes removal and fitment of pipeline.
