| 1 | Earth work in excavation in foundation for all types of structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains, parapets and other similar structures in all kinds and classification of soil, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary mix soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the lines and dimensions shown on the drawings, including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of excavated material upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and obstructions necessary for placing the foundations, trimming, leveling ramming and watering bottom of excavation and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimeter) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) up to any depth and any quantum of water and cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per drawing and MORTH Technical Specification section 304 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Goods Service tax, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 2 | Dismantling/Demolishing of existing structure like Drain,retaining wall and other structure comprisisng of Cement concrete Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical, including unserviceable material and stacking the servicable material and stocking the serviceable material with in all leads and lifts as per CPWD specification . The rate shall include carriage of machineries, equipment, tolls and materials and safety measures, payment of all taxes and other incidentals necessary to complete the work in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals and per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Goods Service tax, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 3 | Providing and laying 300mm dia reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonary work as per CPWD specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Goods Service tax, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 4 | Constructing brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks road gully chamber 110x50x77.5 cm with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including 500x450 mm precast R.C.C. horizontal grating with frame and vertical grating complete as per standard design as per CPWD specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Goods Service tax, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 5 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete Grade-M 20 (M-Twenty) designed mix with minimum cement contents of 340 kg. (Three hundred forty kilograms) per cubic meter with 20mm (Twenty millimeter) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in sub structure up to all heights, including cost of form work and curing complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement for Reinforced work as per drawing and as per CPWD specification 2019 complete and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 6 | Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm (Fifty three millimetre to zero point zero seven five millimetre) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical/manual mean in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 (eight) to 10 (ten) tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per MORTH technical specification section 400 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 7 | Providing and applying tack coat with RS-1 setting bitumen emulsion on bituminous surface on WBM/WMM @ 0.40kg/sqm (at the rate of zero point four zero kilogram per squre metre) using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom as per CPWD specification 2019 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 8 | Providing and applying tack coat with RS-1 setting bitumen emulsion on bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm (at the rate of zero point two five kilogram per squre metre) using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom as per CPWD specification 2019 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 9 | Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading 25mm (Twenty Five millimetre) compacted thick with bituminous binder VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-thirty) @ (at the rate of) 5.50% (five decimal five zero percent of total mix weight) and lime filler 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate), with minimum 100-120 TPH capacity (hundred- one hundred twenty tonne per hour) hot mix batch type/drum type plant with electronic control, transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepered surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic type roller of 12-15 (Twelve-fifteen Tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56mpa (Zero point five six ) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six-eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per CPWD specification 2019, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads,lifts and other incidentals.
