Hiring of Excavator cum Loader (JCB) on hour basis for removal of slip dressing of ground making shoulders by filling/ stripping extra soil, opening of choced drain, culverts haetc. And loading in the tipper. All P.O.L charges repair and maintenance road tax and other incidental charges during the course of execution of work, Any Loss to the public/private property or any accident happened during the course of hiring period/excavation shall be fully responsibility of owner which shall have to be fully compensated by him in all cases. The cost offuel ojJ lubricants and wages of operating staff any .repair during operation De carried out by the contractor/owner on his risk and cost of the shifting of machinery from one place to other at required location actual working hours will be accounted for the payment. The repair and spare, watch and ward of machinery will be borne by the Cntractor/Owner.
