First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coase sand mortar in foundation and plinth including suplly of all material, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion.

Providing and laying of cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including curing supply of all material labour T&P etc. complete in all respect required for proper completion of the work.

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortarin propotion of 1:4 cement and coarse sand of single coat for interior reunded angles chamber and rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girttinished even and smooth.

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 80 mm as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504.
