Providing and Fixing of TRANQUIL ECOWOOD Linear Grooved Slats Sound Absorption Panels HDF based melamine Finish Sound Absorption Panels on walls or ceiling over existing substrate. The panels are made of Fire Rated Red color High Density Fiberboard of density about 800 Kg/ m3 with low formaldehyde conterit. The top surface is laminated with melamine finish. Each panel is having tongue and groove structure on the long side with an additional groove to hold the clip. Eco wood plank size of 128mm/15mm thick / 2400 mm. The back of each panels is pasted with acoustic fleece of with 80 GSM. The front of the panel is grooved in width of 2mm and depth of 4mm while the back is perforated with holes of dia 10mm at a distance of approximately 15mm centre to centre. The installation is to be done on a aluminum channel with galvanized steel clip system. The channel is of dimension L-2440 X W-25mm X Depth -20mm with the clips for the each panel of size 43mmX40mm.each channel is fixed at a distance of 600mm.Once installed, the edges if open are covered with L profile of similar shade (N.S)

Supply and installation of Glass Fiber suspension grid false ceiling system of TRANQUIL make APS ceilings with white/black 0.7 NRC of 20mm thick make made with main Tee and cross Tees to provide a stable suspension system for quick laying of acoustic ceiling tiles of following sizes. The width of flange of all Tees shall be 20mm as per the manufacturer’s specification.
