| 1 | Material and labour for cleaning of following RCC tank/masonary sumps/water reservoirs including scaffolding and necessary safety precaution, through 7 stages of cleaning and sterilization consisting of three stages of bacteriological screening done by Terbac-G10, Terbac-G5, Terbac-G65 and Ultra Violet ray process complete all as specified and as directed for the following :- Note 1 for cleaning stages:-Stage : IMECHANIZED DEWATERING : This First stage consists of emptying water from the tank. A submersible pump in used to drain the tank of excess of water. Removal of water and semi sludge with the help of Sludge pump (electrical/hydraulic).Stage : IISLUDGE REMOVAL : A sophisticated suction process is used to drain the excess sludge out of tank at a safe place away from tank. Removal of mud, sand and solid particles up to 4 inch size with the hydraulic sludge pupm.Stage : IIIHIGH PRESSURE CLEANING: The tank in then cleaned using high pressure jet machine. The rotary jet is used to clean walls and ceilings whereas plain jet is used to clean the corners of tank. the rotary jet acts as scrubber and can clean the most stubborn depositions. Cleaning of floor, walls and ceiling with the help of German made high pressure rotary jet pump having pressure range between 80-180 bars.Stage: IVMECHANIZED CLEANING: Mechanical scavenging using Eco-friendly. Health & Safety disinfecting chemical for removing rest over algae in water storage tank's walls to insure minimum harmful pathogens. |
| 2 | Item No 1.00 contd...Stage: V VACUUM CLEANING: The additional sludge and impurities are then removed by using a Heavy duty ubdustrial vacuum cleaner and are again disposed at a safer place away from the water tank. An industrial vacuum pump is then used to clean the leftover physical impurity from the floor.Stage: VIANTIBACTERIAL SPRAY: After above steps of cleaning, the tank is treated with a food graded Antibacterial spray FDA recommended disinfecting chemicals to make it cpmpletely bacteria free and safe for use.Stage: VII3600 UV STERILIZATION: The water storage tank is then treated with 3600 ultra-violet (UV) rediator to make it bacteria free and safe for stiring your drinking water. A specially developed 3600 UV Radiator is used to kill suspended or floating bacteria remaining in the tank.Cleaning should be done twice in a year in every six month or as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge(b) Company will submit Govt. laboratory test certificate of TERBAC-G5, TERBAC-G65, fix the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning & name of site and also provide certificate conforming the competion of sterilization of water tanks mentioning the name of station and date of cleaning. All the cleaning & sterilization should be under accidental insurance coverage. |
