Day to day repairing and maintenance of electrical installation and fans i/c street light arrangement in Academic area by providing following staff per day for Six days of the week throughout the year as per detail given below :-Scope of work include :1. Repair & Maintenance of electrical installations. 2. Repair & Maintenance of ceiling fans, exhaust fans & pedestal fans.3. Repair & maintenance of street light /security light.4. Repair & maintenance of Electrical boards. 5. Any others work assigned by JE/AE/AEE/EE(E). 6. All measuring instruments to note down the reading wherever measuring meters are not installed shall be provided by contractor. (Work shall be carried out as per preventive maintenance schedule.) * Minimum 20 Nos. Skilled, 01 No. (Semi-skilled), 17 Nos. Unskilled, 01 No. Highly Skilled grade and 01 No. Foreman manpower shall be on board on 6 days a week meeting emergency requirement beyond normal working days as and when required obeying Minimum Wages Act. (Deployment of manpower at site shall be done in consultation with the Engineer-in-charge as per duty chart as per terms and conditions)

Repair & maintenance of Electrical boards. 5. Operation & maintenance of Fire alarm & Firefighting system. 6. Any others work assigned by JE/AE/AEE/EE(E). 7. Stationary (i.e. log book etc.) will be provided by the contractor. 8. Deployment of the 01 no. CCTV Engineer to look after the CCTV camera’s work in Whole IIT Delhi campus for six days of week throughout the year. 9. Cleaning of CCTV cameras. 10. All measuring instruments to note down the reading wherever measuring meters are not installed shall be provided by contractor. (Work shall be carried out as per preventive maintenance schedule.) * Minimum 07 Nos. Skilled, 05 Nos. Unskilled, 01 No. Highly Skilled Mechanic grade and 01 No. CCTV Engineer manpower shall be on board on 6 days a week meeting emergency requirement beyond normal working days as and when required obeying Minimum Wages Act. (Deployment of manpower at site shall be done in consultation with the Engineer-in-charge as per duty chart as per terms and conditions)
