| 1 | Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of water cooled type vertical turbine pump set of Kirloskar /Jyoti/ WILO /WPIL make capable to discharge 135 m3/hr against a total head of 47 meter with suitable size of column assembly (MS), flange type 10’ long each heavy duty with line shafts, 60’(feet) spider bearings, cuttless rubber bushes, sleeves and discharge head etc as required coupled with suitable size of hollow/solid shaft, squirrel cage IE3 induction motor as per IS 12615 : 2011 with latest Amendments operated on 415 volt 3 phase, 50 c/s, 1400-1500 rpm with non reversible rather coupling (make Kirlosker/Jyoti/CGL/ABB or reputed) with suitable size of ISI marked heavy duty CIDF sluice valve, CIDF NR valve, pump strainer etc including transportation, loading and unloading charges all complete and testing on load. |
| 2 | Lifting of old pump set from well after opening on mounting bolts with all labour, tools and tackles. |
| 3 | Fitting of sluice valve, NR valve with supply fitting of rubber insertion- 03 Kg nut bolt & washer ¾’ dia x 4’ long – 16 nos., 4” dia m/s pipe, 5’ long – 01 no., cutting and welding of pipe to common header with gas cutter & welding set and making leak proof joint testing on load including all labour tools and tackles. |
| 4 | Supplying,Installation and commissioning motor control panel Board with FASD starter suitablefor 40HP VT pump sets including supplying and fitting following: (A)Incoming feeder-(i) 100 amp MCCB-1 no. (ii) 200 amp copper bus bar arrangement (4 pole). (ii) Phase indicating lamp-02 nos. (B) Out going feeder (i) 63 amp MCCB-2 Nos. (iü) Volt meter l no. (iii) Amp meter -2 nos. (iv) Pilot lamp - 4 nos. | 10 | Supplying installation testing and commissioning of 90 watt LED (make Havell's, Bajaj, reputed) at existing pole and building aiong with suitable arm/bracket wire 1.5 mm2, switch etc all complete. |
| 11 | Supplying, installation & commissioning 50 KVA roller type Servo stabilizer switch for input voltage 280 to 460 volts output voltage of 415 volt ±1%, 3 phase 50 Hz with copper wound transformer (oil cooed) as mentioned below. The stabilizer shall function satisfactorily even if incoming supply is unbalanced between phase within range of 10%. The stabilizer should be constructed in cubical box, with bidirectional wheels for easy haniding, necessary monitors and users controls on front panel such as indication, alarm, volt meter and selector switch for measuring input and output voltage, auto/manual selector switch, raise/low push button etc. suitable capacity termination strips and bus bar for incoming and out going cable should be provided. All three phases shall be independently monitored and connected following protections and indication shall be incorporated(1) Over voltage/under voltage(ii) Single phasing(iii) Cut off contactor with electronic output sensing unit make servokon/powerline/ISI marked reputed make.
