BRONZE SCULPTURE : Providing & Fixing of Bronze sculpture of Purnakruti Bharatratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar at site with material and labour dimensions and concepts shall be as per drawings and subjects provided Bronze Statue Ht.12 ft, Wt.1500 to 1700 Kgs. 1. Sketch drawing : Schematic and conceptual sketches of photographs shall be get approved for final working drawing or photograph shal be get approed for final working drawing of statue.2. Clay modelling : Clay work shall be done under the guidence of sculpture day model shall be get approved from kala Sanchalanalay, Mumbai.3. POP mould : pop molding, POP labour.4. Fiber glass model : fiber molding, fiber copy.5. Bronze casting : Bronze Metal including concept development art work, material casting material casting labour & bronze mental. Bronze material shall be tested from the laboratories it should contain Tambe / Copper (Cu) 85% Kathil / Tin (Sn) 5%, Zink (Zn) 5% and Jasta / Led (pb) 5% and its certificate report shall be provided from the structural engineer and its stability certified shall be minimum 4 mm to 8 mm, weight of statue 2500 to 2700 Kgs.6. Color oxidising : Painting shall be done as needed and as directed. Oxidizing shall be done after site.7. Transport and fitting : transpent installation at site, including making transportation & erection insurance of statue shall be provided by the sculpturer.
