Assistance for Breakdown maintenance/skilled Jobs at Offsite Area (Bagging plant, Ammonia handling area, PAT area, Ammonia jetty area, Ammonia barges, Bulk godown) FACT CD.

Supply of skilled and qualified fitters for the maintenance Jobs in Offsite area(Bagging plant,Ammonia handelling area, PAT area, Ammonia jetty area,Ammonia barges, Bulk godown).Work involves: Service of ITI qualified and skilled fitters shall be provided to do the following maintenance / repair jobs at Off site area, as per the instruction of Officer In - Charge. Assistance for attending break down / general maintenance works like replacement / repair / assembling of pumps, gearboxes, valves, Ammonia hoses, Ammonia / air compressors, Ammonia pipeline, slat / product conveyors etc.The fitters shall perform barge maintenance as required, Priority inspection and general maintenance of the barge even at PD if necessary. Assistance for alignment work of all equipments and replacement of couplings / bolts of pumps, and slat / product conveyors etc. with required tools.

Supply of skilled Riggers for the maintenance Jobs in Offsite Area (Bagging plant,Ammonia handelling area, PAT area, Ammonia jetty area,Ammonia barges, Bulk godown).Work involves: Service of skilled riggers with industrial rigging experience of atleast 12 years shall be provided to do the maintenance / repair jobs at Off site area, as per the instruction of Officer In - Charge. Assistance for attending break down / general maintenance works like replacement / repair / assembling of pumps, gearboxes, valves, Ammonia hoses, Ammonia / air compressors, Ammonia pipeline, slat / product conveyors etc.The fitters shall perform barge maintenance as required, Priority inspection and general maintenance of the barge even at PD if necessary.
