| 1 | Providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 using 10 mm & down size , clean , crushed , well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for filling the Pot holes, Depressions & undulations on roof slabs including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the old concrete / plastered surface, racking out the joints & cleaning, mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, levelling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary formwork, providing, fixing & removing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & leaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts/ heights.NOTE: OPC 43 grade cement shall be used. |
| 2 | Providing and laying 4mm (minimum) thick prefabricated APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer) modified bituminous membrane including removing the exisiting damaged Tarfelt, isothene layer, Polysyrene boards, Plaster coating from the existing roof top, APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer) modified bituminous membrane sheets shall be of STP,/Asian paints/Dr.fixit make conforming to ASTM D-6222, including providing and applying bituminous primer conforming to relevant BIS specification of latest edition @ 0.30 kg / Sqm surface area prior to laying the APP membrance, required tools, tackles & consuambles. Over the primer coat, the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all the joints, gaps, cavities and finishing the top surface to give the water proof roof top. the vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under joint strength, Tear strength in longtudinal and transverse direction shall be conforming to latest edition of relevant ASTM standards. Softening point of membrance shall be not less than 150ºC cold flexibility shall be upto - 2ºC when tested in accodance wih ASTM, D-5147. Membrance should be laid with overlap of 100 mm in both longitudinal and transverse directions. The laying shall be carried out through the authorised applicator of the manufacture of membrane, Providing: fixing & removing necessary staging/ platform/ ladder/ Zoola [ if required], collecting, lowering, shifting at ground level. cleaning the work area & disposing the generated debris/ waste at the dump yard up a lead of 2000 meters from the work place etc. Complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, as directed by engineer in- charge at all locations, lifts & heights. |
| 3 | Providing and fixing of 10 mm. dia. Aluminium nozzles [NRV] with rapid/quick setting cementetious compound[like Sika Rapid-1/Quick setting cement], spacing of nozzles shall be as per requirement including preparation of base ,drilling hole and fixing the nozzle, nozzles shall be cut and removed on completion of grouting work, the holes shall be packed with rapid/quick setting cementetious compound including taking delivery, fixing and removing necessary staging/platform/ladder wherever required, cleaning the work area and disposing the waste and unwanted materials 2000 meters outside the periphery of the work premises etc.,. complete all as per specification, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all locations, lifts & heights. |
| 4 | Providing and grouting with low viscous, elastic, solvent free,Non-shrink Polyurethane injection resin, RCC structures and other infra structure builidng areas wherever required to fill up all inherent holes and honey comb] etc.,. in the concrete consisting two component as per the specification for item no-04 given in technical specifications of this contract etc.,. including preparation of base , non-shrink polyurethane injection resin grout shall be injected through packers/nozzle at a pressure of 2.00 to 4.00 kg. per sq. cm. taking delivery, fixing and removing necessary staging/platform/ladder wherever required, cleaning the work area and disposing the waste and unwanted materials 2000 meters outside the periphery of the work premises etc.,. complete all as per specification, as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all locations, lifts & heights. |
| 5 | Providing and applying superior 1st quality [Heat Resisting Aluminium paint], Two Coats [minimum 20 micron thick for each coat] of Bituminous Aluminium Paint [Industrial paint] of Asian Paints/ Berger make/ ICI Dulux/ Equivalent Bituminous Aluminium paint of other brand/s, over the surfaces of newly laid plain membrane, Bituminous Aluminium paint shall be confrming to relavent BIS specification of latest edition including required tools, tackles & consumables, preparation of surface & cleaning surface, Providing; fixing & removing necessary staging/platform/ladder wherever required, cleaning the work area and disposing the waste and unwanted materials 2000 meters outside the periphery of the work premises etc.,. complete all as per specification, as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all locations, lifts & heights. |
| 6 | Providing and laying External Cement Plaster 18mm thick in Two Coats. Base coat shall be 12mm thick in CM 1:5 & finishing coat shall be 6mm thick in CM 1:3[sponge finished]with Non-Shrink Water Proofing compound [confirming to the BIS 2645 of the latest edition] @ 2% by the weight of cement/as per the recommandation of the manufacturer] to the masonry & concrete surfaces etc., rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finsh including removing of existing wall plaster, preparation of base by close hacking/ chipping the concrete/plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry jonits & cleaning, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging/ platform/ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work and cleaning the work area, etc., complete all as per specification, as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all locations, lifts & heights.
