Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate size 53mm to 22.4mm ( fifty three millimeter to twenty two point four millimeter) Grading-III [75mm( seventy five millimeters) consolidated thick] to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm ( eleven point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.18cum ( zero point two eighteen cubic metres) per ten square metres and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 and as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates inclusive of octori, royality, Malkhana, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Repair to pot holes by removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface, then providing tack coat at the rate of 0.300Kg per square meter road surface with bitumen VG-10 followed 20 mm thick compacted pre-mix carpet using 1.46Kg of bitumen VG-10 and 0.027 cubic meter of crushed stone aggregate of proper grading per square meter of road surface mixed and heated to proper temperature in mix-all 6-10 tonne capacity rolled to desired density with 8-10 tonne weight static road roller followed by seal coat IRC type B using 0.68Kg of bitumen VG-10 and 0.006 cubic meter sand per square meter of road surface duly mixed and heated in mixall to the required temperature and property rolled after laying with 8-10 tonne weight static road roller to the desired density as per technical specification Clause 1904.2, direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
