Providing laying spreading and compacting by mechanical means 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness broken /crushed stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-II to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to one hundred ) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven decimal two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum (zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.06 (zero decimal zero six) cubic metre per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 400 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 Kg. per Sqm. ( zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 500 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.225 kg (zero point two two five kilograme) per/ Square metre on the prepared Bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section No. 503 or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm (twenty milimetre) compacted thickness composed of 13.2 mm (thirteen decimal two milimetre) to 5.6 mm (five decimal six millimetre) aggregates at the rate of 0.27 Cum. ( zero point two seven cubic metre) mixed with bitumen viscosity grade-ten (V.G-10 ) at the rate 14.60 Kg. ( Fourteen point six zero kilogram) per ten Square metres of road surface to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in Hot mix Plant 30/40 ( Thirty / Forty) Tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (Eighty - Hundred) KN static road roller,capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per MORD Technical Specification section 500 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge excluding the cost of tack coat and seal coat including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B premixed with 6.80 kg (Six point eight zero kilogram) pentration grade bitument VG-10 (Viscosity grade- Ten) with 0.06 (Zero point Zero six) Cubic metre of fine aggregate per 10sqm (ten square meter) of road surface heated in mini hot mix plant and laying manually of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8 - 10 tonne (eight to ten) tonne capacity including carriage of material / machinery and equipement required to execute work to the site of work complete in all respect within all leads , lifts aas per entire saticfication and direction of Engineer -In-Charge as per MORD technical specification section 500.The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government.
