The STP shall be fully automatic based on PLC/ SCADA with real time remote monitoring system and Online effluent monitoring system with provision for access from state level Master Control Station having state of art turbo-blowers, inlet/outlet analysers, corrossion resistant (SS-316) motorised actuator operated gates. The STP shall also have flow meters installed at inlet, outlet and bypass, Level sensors, DO/PH/BOD/TSS Monitors in reactors,Inlet and outlet and other required instrumentations including IP based CCTV cameras installed at various location during construction and O&M period. The Cost also includes DG sets,Electric Substation, Transformers,Pumps and HT/LT/Control Panels, Laboratory, Store room, admin block, and other required buildings including toilet for labours and staff.The quality of treated effluent shall be as per CPHEEO Manual/NGT Norms for agricultural uses, which is PH-6.5 TO 8.3, SS-30 mg/l, Oil&Grease-10 mg/l, BOD 10mg/l, COD-30 mg/l, Residual chlorine-nil, TKN-10mg/l, NitrateN-10 mg/l, F.C.-230 MPN/100ml, Dissolved P-5mg/l (preferable2mg/l) or its latest ammendments. The STP shall be able to treat the sewage and cotreatment of raw sewage having concentration level as per the CPHEEO Manual.(Civil Works 60% and E&M Work 40%) |
