Repairing the pothole/defect area up-to a depth of 50mm using Infrared Pothole/road repair machine by heating the defect area after cleaning and removing the malba/building rubbish from the potholes using infrared heating machine/heater to soften the defect area up-to required thickness, recycling the existing asphalt by rejuvenating the softened material with rapid setting emulsion Rs. – 1 @ 1.8 Ltr per SQM of area and adding fresh bituminous mix of the same grade to cover the pothole, heating the whole mix up to a suitable temperature, Scarifying/spreading the mix to the road surface evenly and compacting vibrator plate compactor having 1.5Ton compaction capacity for a seamless finish with the existing road level surface-complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Conditions:-1. Geo-tagged photo of Before and after shall be mandatory for payment purpose. The same shall be uploaded on EMB while doing measurement.2. Identification of pot holes shall be responsibility of contractor in the jurisdiction. However it shall immediately communicate to EIC or his/her representative about it.3. In case pothole is not repaired within stipulated period i.e. within 72 hour since the detection of pothole, it shall be got filled without notice to contractor with risk and cost of the contractor since work is related to public safety and can not give time for notice period etc. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
