( Prefered make of street lights : Philips/ Havells/ Jaquar / Crompton / equivalent as approved by EIC )

Laying of one cable in U/G trench 760mm average depth with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) nos. bricks per meter including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted soil levelling up restoring the surface duly rammed of following sizes :

Erection of Octagonal metallic pole up to 6 Mtr length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Foundation diamention is 600 x 600 x 1000mm

Supply and erection testing commissioning of street light control timer box comprising with one number 4 pole 32 A power contactor, 4 Pole 32 A MCB, Astronomical time switch with dual channel and 16 A current capacity, 4 number out going MCB of 4 pole 10A. with bypass arrangement by 10A SP MCB and 20A DP change over switch. This job includes dismantling of old Timer box and erection of new box with masonary foundation as directed by EIC.

Supply and making end termination of 1.1 Kv grade PVC/ XLPE (A) cable by crimping method with dowels make solder less socket, brass glands, tapes and jointing materials (ISI marked) with identification tags etc. and making connections with all necessary hardware’s as required of following sizes.

Supply of GI Octagonal pole of 4 mtr length with base plate size 220 x 220 x 12 mm, Pole top 70 mm, SS foundation bolt with three nuts and washer., Hindge type door for cable connection with 1 No 2 Amp c Curve MCB and 1 No.32 Amp stud type connector.

Supply and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in the existing pole as required.
