Supply of 1.1KV grade L.T. Aerial Bunched Cable of size 50sqmm/3.5C having three Power Core & One Neutral-Cum-Messenger Core of stranded compacted circular Aluminium Black coloured XLPE insulated & Core identification by ridges, one, two and three & four respectively. Messenger-CumNeutral Wire should be of stranded compacted Circular Aluminium Alloy Conductor conforming to IS:14255 or IEC:60502 with upto date amendments.

Supply of factory facricated outdoor/indoor type SMC/ERP hot pressed molded ,polycarbonate bus bar distribution boxes of size 450mmx350mmx200mm with mounting arrangement on the base. Board/panel should be dustprof, rust proof, termite proof, shock proof, vermine proof, anti-corrosive, anti acid , durable, strong, heavy duty , safe for operating lineman, maintenance free, self extinguished ultra violet stablized, FVO-UL94 weather proof, flame retadant, environment friendly zero resale value. (degree of protection-IP65) Boxes/panel having provision of 1 incoming and 4 nos. of outgoing with 200A Aluminium Bus-Bar as per appropriate rating in electric grade of size 25mmx6mm, Gasket for protection gurmut, gland for incoming and outgoing cables with step ladder design as per site requiremnt.The distribution box manufacturere submit routine test report for the same.

Supply ,installation, Testing and Commissioning of General Supply Feeder Pillar with provision of fixing Aluminum Bus bar of 630 Amp. With siemens type reversible fuse bases in one fitted on 16 mm hexa Bold solid DMC base and wall thickness not less than 4 mm suitable for fix HRC Fuse 30 Nos. with arrangement of neutral bar and earth bar alongwith Bus-Bars, HRC fuses etc. with all accessories and fitment complete in all respect as per site requirement

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 Meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
