Disposal of desilted silt/malba/sludge etc. from the bank of RD0m to RD 980m (Escape Drain No. 1 Right Bank) & (RD11100m-RD10240m L/B, RD11300m-11700m L/B, RD12230m-RD 11700m, RD 8000m-RD10330m L/B, RD13000m-RD13387m R/B & RD-11300m) Trunk Drain No. 1 for all lead and lifts and lifting/disposal of desilted earth/material at suitable designated place from the periphery of drain premises including dressing and level of bank/berm and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Note:- 1. Royality @ 60.00 per cum shall be deducted from to paid quantity. No extra shall be paid to agency in liu of disposal of desilted earth of designated site and no any payment shall be released to agency without disposal of excavated/desilted earth. Work shall assume to be completed only after desilting and disposal activities.Note :- 2. Payment of quantity of desilting shall be paid from the initial and final level of bank. and disposal site which ever is less.Note :- 3. The agency shall intimate department regarding place of disposal with document & photograph.
