Any other minor civil/electrical works, including rectification of damages, if any, occurring during repair/installation. .Laying of 6 inch RCC slab at the top to cover the hoist way shaft, along with ISMB 200 load beam at the centre of lift shaft or three no. iron hooks in the slab, or as per OEM recommendations for overhead covering . The necessary chipping of the lift shaft.(as per OEM recommendations)Electrical works in scope of contractor: Providing and fitting of lift shaft electric lighting system along with 16 Amp 3-pin sockets and switches at each floor , lift pit,overhead as per OEM recommendation inside the lift shaft. |

| 5 | Providing and laying of 4 core, 10 sqmm armoured Copper XLPE insulated cable along with thimbles for connecting Power Source, MCCB, Servo Stabilizer to the changeover panel and to the main panel of lift. |
