| 34 | Providing and applying 1mm to 2 mm thick waterproof cement based putty @ 1 kg per Sqm of Asian paints of its equivalent over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and as directed. Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of Asian Paints/Birla opus and equivalent spray Machine required capacity, maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041\\" or by manual. | 38 | Note :- Note 1. (For Item Nos. 32 to 36): At the time of bid submission, each tenderer must upload a copy of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a tripartite agreement between the Tenderer, the Paint Manufacturer (Asian Paints, Birla Opus, Nerolac, or equivalent), and their Authorized Applicators. This agreement must cover both the supply of materials and the execution of work by the specified manufacturer. Financial bids will only be accepted from bidders who upload a legitimate MoU.2. Note (Terms of MoU): The terms of the MoU entered into between the Tenderer, the Applicator, and the Manufacturer shall include a 5-year performance guarantee from the Paint Manufacturer. This guarantee must cover any defects in the work executed by their authorized applicators. Additionally, the MoU shall define all other relevant aspects, including payment schedules, liability, and the scope of work execution. |
| 39 | Note :-3. The contractor shall provide all necessary steel scaffolding up to a height of G+2 storeys, wherever required to execute the work. All necessary safety equipment must also be provided by the contractor. The cost of providing both scaffolding and safety equipment shall be deemed to be included in the contractor's quoted rates, and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account.4. The work shall be executed in AOR of AGE B/R-I and is being restricted area and head loss etc shall be considered before quonting the rates by the contractor as nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. |
