Earthwork in Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Preparation and consolidation of sub grade after loosening of the ground upto a level of 100 mm below the sub-grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300-2 for sub-grade construction complete in all respect in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting granular sub base material 200 mm thick compacted of natural sand, morrum, gravel crushed stone or combination thereof as per MORT&H specification confirming to clause 401 coarse graded grading – 3 as per table 400.1 of MORT&H specification (5th revision), including spreading on the prepared sub grade with the help of tractor with planner of adequate capacity maintaining the requited slope and grade during operation, compact with Heavy Plate Vibroator Compactor and cross fall (camber) to be checked and any high spot or depressing which becomes apparent, corrected by removing or adding fresh material, including cost of tools and plants, carriage of material from stacks, templates, barrier, lighting arrangement at night, chowkidar and maintenance of diversion etc. complete in all respect as per MORT&H specifications, density of GSB as laid 2 gms/cc complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick ISI approved high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete paver blocks grey / coloured designer, polished (manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process) consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M-35 duly ISI Marked including the best quality of colour and hardening agent. The pavers should be complied with tensile strength and breaking load as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to wear as per IS:1237-1980. The paver should be laid over a layer of 25 mm thick screened coarse sand to the required slope and filling the joints with fine sand etc. complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
