| 1 | Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock,ordinary rock, disintegrated or weathered rock, fissured/ shattered rock, decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts, as the case may be by adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiseling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering including setting out construction of shoring, strutting and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, providng barricading, danger lighting, guarding etc and backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of surplus excavated soil/rock at specified areas with all leads and lifts etc as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc. complete. |
| 2 | Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete. |
| 3 | Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in:All works upto plinth level. |
| 4 | Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete |
| 5 | Excavation and removing loose materials, roughing with chisel and cleaning the surface with air / water jet inclusive of all labours, machineries, material, scaffolding / platforms etc. complete and as directed by Engineer in charge. |
| 6 | Installation of rock bolt of 32mm diameter of approved make including cost of drilling, grouting, fixing including cost of all materials, consumables, plant and equipment tools and tackles, washer plate 200x200x10mm size, coupler for connecting bars. All required labours supervision scaffoldings / platform etc. complete excluding cost of steel etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in Charge |

IRC fabric with wire mesh 65mm x 65mm, 10 gauge in position of approved make including cost of 6mm lugs at regular intervals with all necessary machinery, all labour, materials, scaffolding / platform and all other ancillary operations etc. complete. With all lifts and as directed by Engineer in Charge |
| 8 | Providing mixing and applying in position shotcrete ( M-25) average 75mm thick in three layers comprising of cement, sand and coarse aggregate 6mm as per mix design including cost of all materials consumable, plants and equipments, tools and tackles labour supervision, scaffolding, platforms etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge |
