| 1 | NS Item -Providing, designing, constructing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Main Pumping Station (MPS) at Dhani Garan Road, Barwala, including preparation and submission of all required designs, calculations and detailed drawings for approval, comprising inlet chamber, coarse screen channel, collecting tank , pump gallery, valve chamber / hodi and all associated underground and above-ground civil structures with plinth protection , including earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil, Dewatering, PCC, RCC base slabs, side walls, partition walls, beams, columns, slabs, brick masonry, reinforcement, shuttering, waterproofing, internal protective / epoxy coating suitable for sewage, MS gratings, covers, ladders, handrails, pipe sleeves, embedded parts and finishing works, complete. The item shall further include supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2 nos. Sluice gates, 2 nos. Mechanical screens (1 duty and 1 stand by) ,4 Nos. of submersible Non-clog (2 No.s having 20 Mtr head 3500 LPM discharge of 25 BHP , 1 No having 20 mtr head 7000 LPM discharge of 50 BHP and 1 no having 20 Mtr head 9500 LPM discharge of 75 BHP) Sewage pumps (duty and standby) with compatible motors suitable for handling untreated raw sewage containing solids and fibrous matter, supply and fixing of gantry with chain pulley and necessary fittings with suitable capacity, internal sewage pipelines,CI and DI specials, supports, sluice valves, nonreturn valves, air valves, short lengths of pipes within pumping station, valve chambers / hodis, connectivity of existing Sewer line with receiving chamber/ inlet box and all accessories required for proper and efficient operation of the system. Complete electrical and instrumentation works including panels / MCC, starters, power and control cabling, earthing , lighting, level sensors / switches, alarms, interlocking, testing, trial run, commissioning, documentation, as-built drawings and handing over of the complete Main Pumping Station in working condition, as per approved designs and drawings, CPHEEO guidelines, relevant IS codes and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
