Supplying and topping up new insulating oil for transformer conforming to IS 335 :1993 of approved make with test certificate.

Supplying and Erecting breather with silica gel suitable for 160 KVA Transformer in and approved manner

Supplying and Erecting Breather with silica gel suitable for 500 KVA Transformer in an approved manner

Rewinding of 22/0.433 KV, 160 KVA capacity transformer including Re-insulation of HV/LV copper windings. Re-insulation of H.V/L.V. copper winding using double paper coating machine to coat the copper windings to 0.5 mm thickness. Preparation of HV and LV winding of transformer as per the existing design parameters and Labor charges for unloading of transformer, opening of top cover, removal of core and winding assembly and allied works. Low voltage testing of transformer, removal of top yoke laminations of transformer. Removal of all the windings. Cleaning of all healthy parts. Cleaning of core and inspection for hot spot damages and repairs if necessary. Re- assembly of windings on core, refitting of top yoke lamination, breezing/crimping & insulating the leads. Ovening, drying of core and winding assembly by applying proper heating to achieve desired meger values. Oil soaking of transformer core, clamping of oil soak core & coil assembly, varnishing of coil and core assembly, varnishing of copper windings and allied. Assembly of transformer for testing of all routine tests. Scrubbing of transformer tank and cleaning to remove oil surface on outer and inner tank Painting of transformer by applying one coat of red oxide paint to the rusted parts. Applying 2 coats of eddy grey color Asian paints make. Replacement of all gaskets of transformer. Transformer oil filtration of transformer oil using filter machine to achieve BDV values as per IS standards including loading, unloading & transporting etc. complete. (Including Credit charges for old copper scrap & scrap oil)
