The following are the particulars of minor deviations from the requirements of the Tender Document: Sr. No Clause Deviations Price adjustment for each deviation/s Note : 1. In case, Performa of deviations is not submitted or submitted as blank, it will be construed that the tenderer has not proposed any deviations from tender documents. 3. If the tenderer proposes deviations in tender documents, and/or any other terms and conditions of the tender, other than in this Annexure, it will have no effect.
