| 7 | M&L for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas , roofs, facia etc by necessary preparation i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforced with welded mesh of weight not less than 3Kg/Sqm with or without facia and finished with cement sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand in thickness exc 50mm but n.exc 70mm including applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces in any height complete all as specified. Note:- Cost of formwork and welded mesh shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. |
| 8 | M&L for applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment) over one coat primer, in approved patterns/colour ,on new plastered wall/ surface (up to 10m height)etc including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified. |

Note :- (i) The contractor shall make arrangement the 75% quantity of material as involved in the above subject work prior to commencement of work and get verified from the Engr-In-Charge for its genuineness of material and confirmation to CA provision. The procured material shall be deposited to MES store within 15 days after approval of samples, which will be issued as the work proceeds. The contractor shall open the seal of bucket/drum of material in presence of Engr-In-Charge/JE before incorporatiion in the work and the empty bucket/drums shall be deposited to MES store after incorporation of full quantity of materials. (ii) Colour and pattern shall be approved by GE and preparation as per manufacture’s instruction. |
