| 5 | Random rubble masonry in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 coarse sand) with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. | 7 | Providing and fixing G.I tubular gate (double shutters) with 40mm dia G.I pipes and specials including diagonal pipes and frame welded to approved weld mesh of 75x25mm size (3.15 mm x 5 mm dia) including painting with one priming coat and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and shade (total three coats) etc., with locking arrangements, necessary MS flats, iron pintels etc., including fixing in CC bed blocks as directed with 12mm dia bolits and nuts, washers etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer in charge, complete. | 8 | Filling with available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift. etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. |
