Item 01 :- Appointment of Architectural and Structural Consultant for the preparation of site layout, detailed architectural drawings, earthquake-resistant structural designs, and detailed cost estimates (based on Maharashtra PWD Current Schedule of Rates) for the construction of one Division building and two Subdivision buildings at Bhatsanagar and Goteghar Colony, Tal-Shahapur, Dist-Thane; includes conducting topographical/contour surveys, developing 2D floor plans and 3D elevations in compliance with UDCPR norms, and providing periodic site supervision to ensure construction quality, all deliverables to be provided in three sets of hard copies and digital AutoCAD/PDF formats by a firm whose Principal Architect is registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA) and possesses a minimum of 3 years of institutional design experience, with professional fees to be quoted as a consolidated lump sum exclusive of 18% GST and inclusive of all travel expenses to the Goteghar, Tal- Shahapur, Dist- Thane and Bhatsanagar, Tal- Shahapur, Dist- Thane site locations.
