Providing and laying P.C.C (1:3:6) in foundation and fiors using 4 cm. size CB chips and sand of approved quality from approved Qüärry Including laying concrete to required 3 levels in layers ramming, watering and curring etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc. comiplete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Steel reinforcement works using HYSD including straightening cutting, bending, binding and placing in proper position required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of steel and binding wires and cost of all labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work of M-20 grade using 20 mm and down graded size black hard hand broken granite stone chips and sand of approved quality and approved quarry including hoisting, laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering, curing, centering & shuttering with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with cost of all T&P required for the work but excluding cost of steel reinforcement work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming including all costs etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
