| 8 | Material and labour for providing premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tone capacity power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined Mix Design procedure and approved by GE. The adjustment in rate on MINUS side variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹70 per kg. No claim whatsoever shall be made for adjustment in plus side. (ii) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. |
| 9 | Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete, 40mm consolidated thickness using 5.5% paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) binder content any penetration by weight of total mix, mixed in central computerized hot mix plant and laid using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to uniform surfaces with required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as per design mix. Contractor shall quote his unit rate considering the bitumen contents as 5.5 %. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted at the rate of ₹70.00 per KG of binder. No adjustment in price shall be made if the variation is on plus side. \\" |
| 10 | M&L for preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive thermostatic paint and applying road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with reflectorizing glass beads on bituminious surface 2.50mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250gms/ sqm area as per IRC: 35- 1997 and finished the surface in proper level, uniform, free from steaks and holes complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Supply and fixing in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness and backup for 12 hours completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 15 | Providing and laying machine pressed pre-cast concrete 60 mm thick factory made interlocking coloured paver block of glass fibre reinforced glossy finished vibro compacted conforming to IS 15658: 2021 M35 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, of approved colour with grey cement and pigment laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick sand cushion (laid dry and pointed) complete all as specified and as directed. |
