I. Works to be undertaken for maintenance,a. Cleaning and greasing all movable part of gate system.b. Bearing Changing.c. Tightening of all bolts and nuts.d. Checking the alignment of gate system and testing of gate.II. Supply of following bought out materials for 10 no gate Bolts, Nuts, Studs, washers including CS screw etc.-70 kg, Bearing SKF 51224 or equivalent 10 nos, Grease& gear oil- 40 kg, Disel/Kerosene 40 litre. III. Painting of all structural components exposed portion of gate leaf and hoist bridge assembly including cleaning, degreasing, handling, cost of paint, applying of one coat zinc primer of 40 micron thick and three coat of final paint (Coal tar epoxy paint) of 100 micron each all inclusive of labour, materials & consumables as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ..
