The servicing shall include thorough cleaning of air filters, blower, evaporator coil, condenser coil, and drain pipe; checking and tightening electrical connections; lubricating fan motors, verifying thermostat operation; and ensuring efficient cooling performance complete all as specified and directed.(Note: (i) All servicing must be carried out by qualified technicians using appropriate tools and safety gear.
