Taking down carefully copper/aluminum existing point wiring (light/fan/socket or power points) complete incl wooden battens/casing capping or conduit etc (without disturbing existing fittings point wiring etc) and all connected fittings such as switch, socket, ceiling rose, lamp holder, brackets ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings and fan regulator etc and making good to disturbed surfaces of wall floor etc all as directed.
