The cost of parts to be scheduled replacement during preventive maintenance as per approved Maintenance manuals shall be included in this statement. 7.0 The Contractor shall bear the cost of spare parts required for breakdowns attributable to the Contractor. For breakdowns attributable to the Employer, the cost of spare parts shall be borne by the Employer on the basis of actual consumption. 8.0 This statement will be taken into account for the purpose of comparative evaluation. 9.0 The Contractor shall keep all spare parts at its own cost, throughout the DLP period to enable rapid replacement of any items.
