| 33 | Cage fencing of 250 KVA Plinth mounted transformer in Town areas to avoid electrical human/cattle accidents by fabrication of cage (1 Inch Sq wiremesh) made of 10 No gauge in suitable size angle iron frame of size 7.5’(L)x5’(W)x8’(H) by trengthening of wire mesh 20x3 mm M.S. flat haorizentally as well as vertically, Grouting the panel with 1:2:4 cement/coorse send/brick ballast. The Frame should be bolted on angles at the four corners so that frame may be un-bolted/bolted at the time of replacement of the transformer. Provision of 1 gate should be there for maintenance of the transformer. Painting (1 coat of red oxide + 2 coat of Bus green enamel paint). The wire mesh should be earthed with 50x6 mm MS earthing strip with existing earthing of Transformer Body. All men, material and T&P provided by the contractor to complete the fabrication, transportation and installation. |
