• Carrying out tower/pole spotting and preparation of Pole schedule of Transmission Line Route • Tendering services including preparation of technical specifications and scope of work, preparation of complete bid documents (including commercial part) and BOQ, Detailed cost estimates with basis, clarification of bidder’s queries, techno-commercial evaluation of bids and preparation of Techno-commercial Recommendation, price bid evaluation and recommendation to BCGCL for award of contract. Preparation of Work Order / Contract for issuance to successful Contractor.• Engineering review including review of route alignment, pole schedule, foundation design, sag-tension calculations, drawings and engineering documents of RMU, 4 Pole Structure, Transformer, NER cables etc. but not limited to, submitted by the contractor to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.• Inspection and quality monitoring including witnessing factory acceptance tests (FAT), review of inspection reports, monitoring contractor quality assurance procedures and verification of materials and equipment compliance with specifications.• Review of Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Test reports and assistance to BCGCL for energisation.• Project Monitoring and Reporting • Contract Management• Project Documentation

Construction supervision and monitoring of 33 kV transmission line works including foundation works, pole erection, conductor stringing, earthing installation, erection, testing & commissioning of RMU, 4 Pole Structure, Transformer, NER, Busbar erection, Cable laying, Control and protection panel installation and all other works and associated works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project schedule .
