| 143 | Supply of Rubble, Murum, Soil, Sand, 60mm./40mm. metal(Hand broken), royalty charges are not included in the rates.Any revision in Royalty charges and surcharge shall be included in the rate analysis of the respective item. If there is variation in these rates the difference shall be paid extra over the items to the contractor and shall be recovered if these rates are reduced by Govt. i.e. Revenue department. The Government of Maharashtra, Revenue and Forest Departments Gazette No.146 Dt. 04 June 2021 States that the Royalty charges of Rs. 216.18/cum. are to be considered. The surcharge levied on Royalty shall also be payable to the contractor. |
