Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 fine sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (Seven point five) in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six coarse sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting steel work with multi surface paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr / 10 sqm over and under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr / 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth Exterior paint of required shade : Old work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr / 10 sqm ) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
