| 1 | Providing laying, spreading by manual/mechanically means and compacting to 75mm (Seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness, stone aggregates of Grading-III, 53mm to 22.4mm (Fifty three to twenty two point four millimeter) size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheeled vibratory roller 80-100 (Eighty to Hundred) kN static weight in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (Eleven point two millimeter) nominal size at the rate of 0.18cum (zero point one eight cubic meter) per ten square meter of road surface to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for grading-III as per MORD Technical specification clause 405 and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 2 | Repair to pot holes by removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface, then providing tack coat at the rate of 0.300Kg (Zero point three zero zero kilogramme) per square meter road surface with bitumen VG-10 followed 20mm (Twenty millimetre) thick compacted pre-mix carpet using 1.46Kg (One point four six kilogramme) of bitumen VG-10 and 0.027 Cum (Zero point zero two seven) cubic meter of crushed stone aggregate of proper grading per square meter of road surface mixed and heated to proper temperature in mix-all 6-10 tonne capacity rolled to desired density with 8-10 tonne weight static road roller followed by seal coat IRC type B using 0.68Kg (Zero point six eight kilogramme) of bitumen VG-10 and 0.006 (Zero point zero zero six) cubic meter sand per square meter of road surface duly mixed and heated in mixall to the required temperature and property rolled after laying with 8-10 tonne weight static road roller to the desired density as per technical specification Clause 1904.2, direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, Sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 3 | Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406.The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, GST,sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 4 | Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg (Zero point seven zero- one point zero kilogramme) per square meter as per MORD Technical specification section 502 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, GST, Toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 5 | Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-I, including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30 kg (Zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogramme) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer complete as per MORD Technical specification section 500, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, GST, Toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 6 | Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam ( 50mm thick) with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading ,premixed with bituminious binder @4.0 percent by weight of total mix and filler ,transporting the hot mix to work site ,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT specification complete in all respects .The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, GST,sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 7 | Providing and laying 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) compacted thick bituminous concrete with min 40-60 TPH (Forty- sixty tonne per hour) hot mix batch type/drum type plant with electronic control Grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm (Thirteen millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 (Viscosity Grade-Thirty) @ 5% (five percent) of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepered surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (Eight-Ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic type roller of 12-15 (Twelve-fifteen Tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56 mpa (Zero point five six ) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six-eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Technical specification clause No. 509 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads,lifts and other incidental.
