Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc.a. Demounting, total overhauling of engine, Head facing, FIP repair and Calibration, Valve facing, CR Bedding Testing and commissioning. Engine related water hoses, air hoses, sensors, fan belt tensioner, engine O/H kit major and minor are to be replaced with new ones. Cylinder head, turbocharger, nozzle calibrations and FIP calibration and repairing are to be done, mounting and commissioning of engine on machine.b. All required spares, Engine oil and filters, Manpower required for the job etc. will be provided by repairer. Crane for demounting/mounting of engine at our site will be provided by NCL.
