| 2 | Repair of Ambulance Trax Force Motor by way of top overhauling of engine and repair of air conditionong sysytem .The job includes dismantling the cylinder head and all top-end components such as the head gasket, valves, valve seats, valve springs, rocker arms, push rods, and injectors. The job includes complete decarbonization of the cylinder head, pistons, and intake/exhaust passages, along with machining tasks like head facing and valve seat cutting or grinding as required. Worn parts such as the head gasket, valve stem seals, manifold gaskets, injector washers, and other consumables are replaced. The cylinder head is then reassembled using proper torque settings, valve clearances are adjusted, and all fuel and coolant connections are restored. After reassembly, the engine is tested for smooth starting, proper compression, reduced smoke, and leakage-free operation, ensuring improved performance, better mileage, and reliable running of the vehicle.The job also includes Air-conditioning repair involves checking the compressor, condenser, evaporator, and refrigerant lines for faults or leaks, replacing damaged parts, vacuuming and recharging the system with gas, cleaning filters and coils, and finally testing the cooling performance to ensure smooth and efficient AC operation.The complete job includes cost of labour , tool and tackles charges, material charges and all kind of taxes. |
| 3 | Repair to Ambulance Trax force motors by way of replacemnet of radiator The job includes draining the old coolant from the system, disconnecting the upper and lower radiator hoses, coolant reservoir pipe, fan shroud, and any attached sensors or transmission cooling lines . The old radiator is then unbolted and carefully removed, and the mounting area is cleaned to remove dirt and rust. Before installing the new radiator, all hoses, clamps, and the thermostat are replaced . The new radiator is fitted securely with proper alignment, and all connections are restored, ensuring there are no loose fittings. Fresh coolant is added in the correct mixture, and the system is vacuumised to remove trapped air. After reassembly, the engine is started and brought to operating temperature to check for coolant circulation, proper fan operation, stable temperature reading, and absence of leaks. | 4 | Repair to Ambulance Force trax by way of replacement of Clutch plate pressure plate and clutch bearing . The job includes removing the gearbox to access the clutch assembly and restoring smooth power transmission between the engine and drivetrain. The job includes disconnecting the battery, removing the propeller shaft , detaching sensors, linkages, the clutch cable or hydraulic line, and unbolting the gearbox from the engine. Once the gearbox is lowered the old clutch assembly is removed from the flywheel, and the flywheel surface is checked for heat spots or uneven wear; it is resurfaced . A new clutch plate, pressure plate, and clutch bearing/release bearings are installed with proper alignment using a clutch alignment tool. The gearbox is then refitted, all connections and mountings are restored, and the clutch pedal hydraulic system is adjusted for proper operation.
