| 2 | Replacement of Submersible Pump Elecrical Panel by way of design and Installation of Auto Starter cum Fault Analyzer cum Protection panel at Govt. Super Specaility Hospital Jammu. The job involves:-1) Fabrication of Power Handling Unit (PHU) / Auto Starter with power contactor MNX-70-2Nos., MNX-50-1No. of L&T/ABB/Schenider/Havells make along with MCCB of 100 ampere rating also of L&T/ABB/Schenider/Havells make. 2) The system should be provided with a solid state fault analyzer cum controller. 3) The complete system should be enclosed in a floor / wall mounted MS sheet enclosure / box of suitable gauge and dimensions with proper entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The enclosure should be finished with powder coated painting from inside as well as from outer surface of approved colour. Job also includes mounting of the panel to the wall / floor of the pump room. 4) Providing / laying of copper cables from stabilizer / main switch to automation cum protection system (3 leads) and from system to motor (6 leads) with proper thimbling and socketing each end of the conductor with proper rating copper thimbles as per site requirement.METERING:5) The enclosure should be front shutter mounted with key locking system having glass window. Digital electronic voltmeter & ampere meter should be provided along with the required current transformer and selector switches. The internal control wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT cable with proper thimbing at each end. 6) The panel body shall be fabricated from heavy-gauge CRCA sheet steel, suitably reinforced, and finished with epoxy powder coating after proper surface treatment. The panel shall be minimum degree of protection IP54, suitable for indoor/outdoor installation. The enclosure shall be dust- and moisture-resistant. Adequate cable entry provisions with removable gland plates shall be provided at the bottom/top as required. The panel body shall be provided with ventilation openings, lifting arrangement (where required), danger notices, name plate, and two independent earthing terminals, and shall comply with relevant IS/IEC standards to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS:7) The system should trip the motor on power failure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and should not restart automatically until unless the system is reset manually, thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor.8) The system / star delta auto starter should not fall into delta if it does not fall into star mode first and should remain de-energised to avoid damage to the motor / machinery and also to the power source / transformer. 9) The system / star delta auto starter should trip off if it does not fall into delta & remains in star mode for more than 10-20 seconds.10) The system shall provide protection against: -a. Low voltage below 350 V b. High Voltage above 450 Vc. Single phasingd. Reverse phasing e. Un Balanced phasingf. OverloadingINFORMATION SECTION: -Visual Information Panel: - To help the operator understand the operation of the system & for a quick diagnosis of the appearing fault / status. A visual information panel should be provided with the following features: - 11) Phase indicator lamp LED type (RYB) – 1 set.12) Separate fault / status indicators like Low Voltage, High Voltage, Correct Voltage, phase failure, incorrect phase sequence & unbalance voltage. LED indicators with different colours & numbers.13) An LED guide indicator to help the setting of current of all 3 phases14) LED indicators for contactor electromagnetic coils, status of main, star & delta contactors (showing whether the coils are healthy or damaged).15) Isolation / by pass system with a blinking indicator. The Job further includes testing of the system on no load & thereafter, on full load.The job also includes providing and fitting of submersible cable 10 sqmm-30 meter along with supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a bus bar distribution panel for submersible pump cables, complete in all respects. The panel shall be CRCA sheet steel, powder coated, minimum IP54, provided with copper bus bars for R-Y-B phases and earth, mounted on insulated supports and fully shrouded. Incoming and outgoing submersible cables shall be terminated using double compression glands and suitable lugs with heat-shrink insulation. The panel shall include necessary switching, protection, metering and earthing arrangements, and the work shall be carried out in accordance with relevant IS/IEC standards and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. | 3 | Complete rewinding of 30 HP submersible motor (OLD) by extracting out burnt wiring from the motor and then rewinding of motor with new copper wire of suitable gauge as per previous specifications and replacement of bearings as per old sample. Complete assembling of submersible motor & testing in the test pit.
