Printing renumbering and supply of Binders for entry of water meter reading as per approved format in A4 Size papers. Each binder will be of 100 sheets.

Consumer water meter (working) readings from all consumers/bulk connections under the jurisdiction of PHED Dn. Rajsamand and feeding of this data in binders. Submission of binders in concerned Sub Division.

Collection of data from sub division offices, creation of master data doing all the change in master data of consumers as per direction & requirements and preparations of water bill in Hindi as per PHED water revenue rules, printing of water bills on his own stationary approved by Engineer in charge and delivering printed bills in prescribed formats to all the concerned Sub Divisions. Preparing and providing monthly Ledgers in soft copy as well in hard copy as desired by Engineer in charge in prescribed formats, having complete detail of all consumers, assessment, outstanding, realization and revenue statement, MIS, Reports, Notice and any other information as required by Engineer In charge in prescribed formats complete in all respect
