Supplying ,Installation, Testing and Commissioning of IoT based Ultrasonic type digital water flow meters with automatic meter reading with inbuilt metrology 4G /5G telemetry units (diameter wise) Lithium Battery operated (With GSM/GPRS technology) enabled with 02 Nos of SIM configuration- 4G/5G in each unit of ultrasonic digital water meters for Domestic /Non-Domestic and High consumption consumers (the meters are confirming to ISO 4064-2014 with latest amendments with valid life cycle test certificate from FCRI (Fluid Control research Institute) and protection class of IP 68) for different types of diameter pipelines of inclusive of required appropriate size flanges, suitable pipes CPVC/GI/DI/uPVC inluding fittings like elbows, tees, tapers, nuts, bolts, washers, rubber insertions and also cost includes fabrication, cutting, jointing, flange welding etc all operations including necessary modificaations and testing of pipe & water meter joints complete as per the directions of Engieer in charge. (Please refer to the attached Annexure- 1 for technical specifications of above said IoT based ultrasonic digital watermeters).

Providing Annual Maintenance Comprehensive (AMC) Services for 4 years on completion of Defect Liability Period (DLP) of 1 year for the entire system for all the Ultrasonic Digital Water Meters as Installed under Sl.No.(1) item including:(a) the cost of communication for using 4G /5G SIMs, cloud hosting, software dashboard, SMS /email alerts(b)02 Nos uniterrupted SIM network maintenance including 4G/5G SIM recharge for the entire length of 4 years of AMC period for all the meters.(c) One time replacement of Lithium battery of required voltage for each meter for the entire 4 years of AMC period for the all the meters as installed under Sl.No.(1). (d) Complete accessories as required to be replaced for mal-functioned water meters for functioning of those well. (e) The issues needs to be addressed within 24 hours time limit otherwise the penality will be imposed as per the terms and conditions of the contract agreement. (f) This inlcuding maintenance of the approved premium software and dashbaord for the the entire 4 years AMC period as per the Contract by taking care of bugs, glitches, crashes, dats losses, networs issues, user quash etc and informing meter readings atleast one reading per one meter per day for all the meters as installed under Sl.No.(1) item.(g) The faluty meters shall be replaced with new one as necessitated with complete accessories & consumables under the warranty period of the meters without addditional cost . On completion of Warranty period of digital meters, the faulty mal-functioning meters shall be installed with new one as per the requirement on the payment basis. (h) The other related charges for data transmission/communication/networks related / network upgrading charges shall be borne by the Contractor during the entire 04 years of O & M period and also(i) The maintenance of Software and Dashboard for Water Management Monitoring /budgeting for the entire 04 years of O & M period shall be borne by the Contractor (Note: After the completion of the one-year free Defect Liability Period(DLP) then the AMC period will be commenced as per the contract).
