Dismentalling of head assembly and rejointing complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts

Supply and errection of submersible motor of 1.50 HP of Saber/ Kirloskar/ KSB make of (single phase) confirming to ISI No.8034-1975 with upto date ammendments. The pump should be fiited with impeller confirfing to IS BIS 1962 (upto date ammendments) grade 3-4 Dynamically balanced stainless steel shaft confirming to IS 1670 (Part-v) 1972 with upto date ammendments) close grained cast irom bowls confirming to IS 210-1970 with upto date ammendments, The pump offered shall have high efficency with in the head range of (+) 10% and (-) 25% of designed head and directly coupled to a submersible quireel cage electric induction motor of KSB make suitable for operation of +10% volt cycle AC supply preferably of 2900 RPM water lubricated bearing provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum bear & tear. The rating of motor should be designed in order to ensure that the pump does not get over loaded while operating Discharge 1.00 LPS Total Head -100 mtrs

Supply and errection of control panel board 1.50 HP complete with accessories such as Ammeter, volt metre, single phase preventer, over load relay, over load system on and off switch etc. including time starter of cromption make complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of iron fabricated box complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of 32 mm dia socketed riser column pipe length 100 foot Raksha/ Sabar make complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of 2.50 mm2 submersible copper cable 3 core (Havells/ Finolex make complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of 6 mm2 steel wire complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.
