To attend various Routine, preventive, breakdown maintenance and overhauling jobs (Mechanical works) of Pressure Parts, Wind Box and Burners, Air Pre-Heaters, SCAPHs, ESPs, Aux. PRDS, Ducts, Dampers & Gates, Coal pipes, Soot Blowers, Safety valves, HP/LP piping and manual valves, Fuel firing system (including fuel oil pump house) etc. of Boilers of 2x210 MW and 2x250 MW BHEL make Units of Stage-I & II at GHTP, Lehra Mohabat.

To attend to various overhaul works pertaining to Boiler pressure parts, Wind Box & Burners, Air Pre-heaters, ESPs, Ducts, Dampers & Gates, Aux. PRDS, HP/LP Piping & manual/safety valves etc. of any one Unit of BHEL make 2X210 MW/ 2X250 MW Boiler at GHTP on Lump sum basis as per scope of work in Section-VIII-B during Annual/Mini overhauling of the Unit includes 03 MT of consumption of 6mm steel sheet.

Rate for additional HP Joints up to 76.1 mm dia. beyond 250 Nos. in each overhauling of Unit including Radiography, if required.

Rate for Replacement/Reversal of Inter-mediate Baskets beyond 20 nos. in each overhauling of Unit.

Rate for Lowering/Taking out of additional Economizer Coils, if required.

Overhauling of Safety valves, HP & LP Valves & Piping, Coal Piping, Ducts & their Expansion Joints, Dampers & Gates, Mechanical works of ESPs and LDO/HFO Pumps of any one Unit of BHEL make 2X210 MW/ 2X250 MW Boiler at GHTP on Lump sum basis as per scope of work in Section-VIII-C during Capital/Major overhauling of the Unit includes 06 MT of consumption of 6mm steel sheet.

Rate for replacement of 6mm sheet beyond 03 MT for Mini/ Annual Overhauling (1.02) and 06 MT for Capital/ Major overhauling (1.06) of repairing of ducting system mentioned in Section-VIII-B and Section-VIII-C on Tonnage basis.
