| 1 | Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work,lifts up to 1.50 meters atacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacking soil in 15cm .layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc, consolidating each deposted layer by ramming and watering and then deposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement :4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work including all leads and lifts: a) Foundation and Plinth complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge. |
| 3 | Providing & laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1.5 sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work and reinforcement of RCC work in foundation with in all leads lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Foundation footings bases of column and the like and mass concrete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtr. Thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top pf foundation level up to floor two level in all leads and lifts. |
| 6 | Suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two levels |
| 7 | Providing mild tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position i/c binding wire complete up to floor two level complete in all respect as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge upto all lead & lifts. |
| 8 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- |
| 9 | Flat surface such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like: Floors etc. up to 200mm in thickness within all leads and lifts |
| 10 | Vertical surfaces such as Walls ( any thickness but attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. and the like complete in all leads and lifts. |
| 11 | Edges of slab & breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm wide as per the direction of Engineer incharge. |
| 12 | Providing and fixing 3.15 mm MS sheet manhole cover and frame, conforming to IS 12592- Part -I 1998 with locking arrangrment. |
| 13 | Laying jointing and testing in trenches GMS tubes (LG) tube fittings ( earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separetly). |
