Excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated /un saturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/soft rock or chiseling in hard/soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated earth more than 3mtr.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts and dimentalling concrete work solings, mettalled roads i/c trimming & dressing of sides, handing over the usable materials available from excavation to department free of cost as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Laying,jointing and testing with circumferential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding and testing of G.I pipe of following diamaters confirming to I.S:1239:1990.part-2)(latest with upto date amendments having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 4 to7 mtr.including.manufacturing and fabrication of reducers taper all shorts pieces ,bends etc. as per site requiremts made from parent tube. The laying of pipe shall be duly welded in three layer (Two inner and one outer) wherever required as per the direction of Engineer In Charge.(earth work in trenches to be paid separately) and all operations such as cutting welding and jointing febrication of bends Tees i.e.lowering and laying in excavted trench to ensure required level including flushing cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respacts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe.The welding electrode shall be as per IS-814 of Advani/Overlikon/Overcord/S/S make.The rates also including entire carriage of material,flushing cleaning and hydraulic testing. complete to the best satisfaction and direction of the Engineer In Charge with in all leads and lifts. ( Earthwork to measured and paid separetely).
