Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brushetc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-incharge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverableseparately).

Providing and laying IAAF/WA Approved Synthetic atheletic track surface (Full PUR System).World-class sfurface: single or multi layer full PUR-Bound coating spread with coloured EPDM granules, waterImpermeable, can handle the toughest constant stress applied by spikes, granulated surface for anti-slip properties under all weather conditions, dynamically sprung, excellent appearance.The make -up of the Full PU Track surface is a basematerial flooded with two-part flexible polyurethane elastomer and rubberized crumb cast in situ. The solid PU athelitics track wearing course surfacing is a layer of polyurethane resin bindr with colured EPDM rubber crumb cast into the uncured surfacing. The broadcastofthe rubber EPDM granules will be carried out in Red colour, blue and other colours attracts extra cost.Line marking as per international standards. Thickness 15.1mm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of pproved brand and manufacture

Providing wall putty on new Surface with Approved Quality Material of Berger/ J.K / Birla or Similar Make 2 Coats.

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shallbe supplied by the department free of cost)
