| 10 | M/L PCC 1:2:4, type B2 (40 mm graded agg) for 100 mm thick path/ flooring without using extra cement all as directed. |
| 11 | M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (40 mm graded agg ) for plinth protection 75 mm thick, finished without using extra cement all as directed. |
| 12 | M&L for Forming construction (dummy) joints 65 mmx10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A. all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | M&L for preparing old chequred / interlocking path surfaces and applying one coat of Weather Coat Floor Protector/ apex floor guard is a pure acrylic water based emulsion for exterior or equivalent, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 14 | M & L Preparation of old painted surfaces on concrete surfaces plain or moulded, of any description in floors, or vertical surfaces etc not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint ) etc, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders, pcc block masonry built in Cement Mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed. |
| 16 | Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as directed. |
| 17 | M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete. |
| 18 | M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete |
| 19 | M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 but except bricks (serviceable bricks obtained out of dismantling shall be made use of). |
